ALEVA Crianza

The Magic of a Family Legacy

ALEVA Crianza is the result of a traditional winemaking process, respectful of time and nature, just as Alejandro Fernández taught. It is characterized by its vibrant burgundy color, complex aromas of ripe fruits, and a touch of oak that envelops spicy and mineral notes. On the palate, it is structured, with silky tannins and a prolonged, elegant finish.

  • Finca San Martín

  • Year planted: 2009

  • 100% Tempranillo

  • Clay, limestone-rich, with high calcium carbonate content soil.

  • HARVEST: manual harvest in the second half of September, ensuring optimal levels of polyphenols, alcohol, and acidity.

  • WINEMAKING: Gentle crushing followed by cold maceration at a controlled temperature of 10°C (50°F) for 7 days, then alcoholic fermentation at 26°C (79°F) for another 7 days.

  • Aging 22 months in American oak barrels.

Tasting notes:

  • A complex bouquet balancing fruity, spicy, and mineral notes, wrapped in noble American oak.

  • Structured and voluminous on the palate, with silky tannins and a proud, prolonged finish. A wine to enjoy now, with aging potential exceeding 10 years.

As Alejandro said:

“Wine is not manufactured, it is created, nurtured, and lived.”
